½ cupfrozen blueberries
2pitted Medjool dates
use soft dates, soak in hot water for 30 minutes if they are dry
1 cupmilk
dairy milk, almond milk, or oat milk work well
1 Tbspchia seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Add liquid first: Pour the milk into a high-speed blender.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients: Add the banana, strawberries, blueberries, and pitted dates to the blender.
Step 3
Blend: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
Step 4
Adjust consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it is too thin, add a few more frozen fruits or ice cubes.
