Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender and browned ( about 7-10 minutes).
Step 2
Transfer the mushrooms to the Dipper. Add the cream cheese, is sour cream, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, thyme. salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 1-2 hrs, or until cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
Step 4
Stir occassionally to ensure even heating. Serve.
