2 cfrozen sweet corn

Simmer for 15 min

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion in bacon fat.
Step 2
Add potatoes and stock. Simmer for 15 min.
Step 3
Separately, add and melt butter in drippings that are left from frying bacon.
Step 4
Stir in thickener to make a rue.
Step 5
Add milk mixture to rue, stir til smooth.
Step 6
Add milk mixture to potato mixture.
Step 7
Add corn, seasonings.
Step 8
Simmer VERY low for 15 minutes/
Step 9
Serve with chopped bacon, sour cream, shredded cheese, whatever floats your boat!
