Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, heat the oil, onion, and garlic over medium heat and saute for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the carrots, celery, and ginger. Saute the vegetables until soft.
Step 3
Add the bone broth and turmeric. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the chicken and zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes to heat through. Divide between two bowls and serve.
