Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Dice onion and garlic

Saute onion and garlic until soft

Add oregano, basil, pepper flakes (and extra garlic powder if desired)

Add Tomato Paste and mix until combined

Add Crushed Tomatoes (and sugar/Sweetener if desired)

Let Simmer for at least 20 minutes

Mix together flour and yogurt (Add italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil/butter if desired).

Kneed for about 5 minutes until soft and stretchy

Roll out dough to about 12.5 inches

Transfer sauce to a metal of glass bowl to cool

Spray a spingform pan with oil and place in the dough going up the sides.
Step 12
Assemble the pizza starting with a with a layer of cheese. Then add pepperoni. Then sauce.
Step 13
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 14
Let cool for 5 minutes, then top with parmesan.
