Step 1
In a large pot saute chopped garlic in sesame oil, add chopped chicken thighs . Cook for about 5 mins on both sides. Add soy sauce, water, chicken broth and grated ginger. Bring to a boil. 10 mins or until chicken is cooked.
Step 2
Taste to see if it's bland . Adjust to taste with chicken better than bullion , ginger powder and low sodium soy sauce if needed. Add carrots, mushrooms, and Chinese Broccoli and simmer another 5-10 mins. And serve.
