Instructions
Step 1
Mix Sliced Chicken Thigh (1.5 lb) with a healthy amount of garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, chives, and brown sugar. Add some honey and oil and mix all together.

Let sit for 15min

Preheat Blackstone to med high
Step 4
Add some vegetable oil to the surface, and dump chicken on. Let cook for around 6ish min, stirring intermittently. After it looks close to done, throw some sweet baby rays bbq sauce (not too much) on and mix the chicken. Put a few slices of butter on and let melt while the chicken finishes cooking.
Step 5
Serve hot with some asparagus and onion (also cooked on the Blackstone simultaneously).
