Step 1
Pre heat grill 350 F.
Step 2
Boil pasta Al dente. Once boiled, mix in some chopped brisket. Keep some brisket aside for topping. Make cheese sauce. Combine all together in a tray.
Step 3
Top pasta with shredded cheese and sprinkle some cajun seasoning over top. Cover.
Step 4
Place on grill grates and grill about 45-50 minutes or until the cheese has melted to your liking. Uncover the last 15-20 min.
