Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, place all ingredients. Stir together by hand until well combined. Form the coconut mixture into one-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
1 bag unsweetened shredded coconut,1 can sweetened condensed milk,2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Step 4
3. Bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly brown. Allow to cool completely on baking sheets and then gently peel the coconut cookies off of the foil.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container at room temp or freeze for longer-term storage.
