Instructions
Step 1
Season your chicken breast with the ingredients listed above, and bake in the oven 180°C for around 25-35 mins. slice it into small chunks.
Step 2
Saute onions, garlic, carrots and celery and cook down w/ tomato paste
Step 3
Add your sun-dried tomatoes and chicken stock
Step 4
Add in your gnocchi, cream, and roasted chicken from earlier. Let the gnocchi cook for around 2-5 minutes before adding your cheeses. Lastly add spinach and season to taste.
