Press tofu for around 1 hour to remove moisture. Then, shred tofu with cheese grater. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Drizzle shredded tofu with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Bake at 400 for 30 min
