Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan combine olive oil amd garlic over a medium heat until lightly browned.
Step 2
Once browned add anchovies with their oil and heat until a paste is made.
Step 3
Add water and remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 3-4 hours stirring frequently.
Step 4
Boil seperately water and cook any pasta of your choice, angel hair and similar style pasta recommended, and stir sauce into desired amount and serve with parmasan and/or romano.
