Instructions
Step 1
Combine the sugar, cream, tea bag, salt and lemon peel into a pot and bring to boil and let cool to room temperature.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whip the butter until creamy and add the cream mixure (room temperature).
Step 3
Pipe the mixure into truffle bytes and freeze until solid.
Step 4
Once frozen, dip into melted chocolate and coat in cocoa powder.
