150gwhole grain rolled oats
pulsed in food processor 6-8 times
255gAll purpose flour

Instructions
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar and vanilla on low-medium speed for approx 2 min, stir in between
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients: oatmeal flour, salt, baking soda
Step 3
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until crumbly
Step 4
Reserve 1.5 cups of the mixture, and press the rest into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
Step 5
Melt choc chips, butterscotch, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until smooth. ~ 90 seconds in the microwave, stir every 30 sec.
Step 6
Pour over crust.
Step 7
Crumble remaining cup of crumbs over filling.
Step 8
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
