Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onions, garlic, red chilli. Adding them into a saucepan over medium heat with olive oil and sauteeing until cooked down.
Step 2
Add 3/4 of the tin of beans into the saucepan and continue cooking while you work on the sauce.
Step 3
Add all the sauce ingredients into a blender including the 1/4 tin of beans and the bean liquid + plus more water if needed.
Step 4
Blend and add the sauce into the pan, stirring everything together over a low heat until well mixed together then take it off the heat.
Step 5
Poach or boil your egg and toast/butter your sourdough, ready for service.
Step 6
Construct the bowl by adding 1/3 of the bean mix into one half of the bowl. Add a dollop of yoghurt on top, the jammy egg, and anchovies. Grate Parmesan on top. Place the sourdough on the other half of the plate and serve.
