Instructions

Step 1
Prepare pasta per the package. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Add garlic to the skillet and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4
Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Step 5
Add Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese and paprika. Stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add cooked pasta into the sauce, stirring to coat it.
Step 7
Stir in sausage and spinach. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to meld flavors.
