Instructions
Step 1
First boil the eggs in a separate small pot of water for 10 mins. When done, place in cold water
Step 2
Boil rice for 25 min warning in double steamer pot ,adding in fish in steamer for last 6-8 mins. While the rice is cooking you can peel and cut up the eggs.
Step 3
Strain rice and add eggs to rice.
Step 4
Use a fork to remove skin from fish then place fish onto rice and separate fish into desired size of chunks.
Step 5
Add butter and cayenne pepper and stir everything together.
