Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 350°. line browny pan with parchment paper. combine seeds, nuts, raisins and cinnamon. in large pan melt nut butter with maple syrup. once combined and smooth remove from heat. add content of bowl to saucepan and mix. you can add drop off what or do to help stick together. transfer to Brownie Pan and press firmly. bake for 15 minutes. leave to cool before cutting 12 bars
