Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Wash the baby potatoes and quarter them. Slice an onion and chop broccoli.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil on potatoes and toss. Mix all of the potatoes with a third of the seasoning blend and lay on one of the sheet pans.
Step 4
Drizzle olive oil on the broccoli and onions. Toss with a third of the seasoning blend, and spread out on the second sheet pan.
Step 5
Add the chicken thighs to a bowl and season with the rest of the seasoning. Add enough parmesan garlic sauce to coat the chicken. Stir until the chicken is well coated in seasoning and sauce. Spread on third sheet pan.
Step 6
Bake the potatoes and chicken for 35 minutes. Add the veggies at 25 minutes. Make sure the chicken cooks to 165 ° F. Top everything with some shredded parmesan cheese for the last few minutes.
