Here's a simple and healthy dessert that you can whip up in just 10 minutes. It has healthy fats from the peanut butter, natural sweetness from the banana and honey, and extra flavor from the cinnamon. All brought together with a humble whole wheat tortilla to make a delicious warm dessert for you and a partner. This also goes great with a scoop of banana ice cream on top for a nice warm and cold contrast

Preheat a medium pan over medium heat with oil

Spread peanut butter on a tortilla. Add your banana to the center, and drizzle with honey. Tightly roll the tortilla around the banana

Add the tortilla cut side down to the hot pan, and let sit for at least a minute to seal it shut. Brown all 4 sides, and remove from the heat. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, cut in half, and serve
