Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line sheet pan with foil or parchment paper

2. In small bowl, stir herbes, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, salt and pepper

3. Trim any visible fat

Rub tenderloin with seasoning

Roast 35-40 minutes (safe internal temp. 145°F).

4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk butter and Worcestershire.

5. Remove roasted tenderloin from oven and brush with butter mixture. Tent with foil and allow to rest 3-5 minutes.

6. Slice tenderloin, then arrange on serving platter.
Step 10
Drizzle with pan juices and serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
