Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.

3. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook for 2 more minutes to combine the flavors.

4. Add the grated zucchini, beef broth, and dry pasta. Stir well, making sure most of the pasta is covered with liquid.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring frequently so the pasta doesn’t stick, until the pasta is tender.

6. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
