Instructions
Step 1
Combine sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla. Don't overmix.
Step 2
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add salt and chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Either press down and bake in 9x13 or form longs on a sheet pan tray.
Step 4
Bake 350 for 20 minutes, until golden.
