For the filling
1 lbsground beef
or pork
1 ½ cupsslaw mix
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2cloves garlic
minced
0.5 Tbspginger
minced
½ Tbspsugar
1 tspsesame oil
green onion
chopped
25wonton wrappers
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Start by mixing the filling ingredients until combined.
Step 2
Open and take out your wonton wrappers and add a thin layer of the filling on one side.
Step 3
Brush some oil on a pan, then add you wontons, meat side down, on medium-high heat and cook for a couple of minutes. Be sure to brush some oil on the wonton side before you flip, to make them crispy.
Step 4
After you flipped the wontons fry until crispy.
Step 5
Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
