South of the Border 7-Layer Dip

1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 cup salsa 1 packet chili seasoning mix 8 oz Real California sour cream 1 cup Pearls Sliced Olives 1 cup guacamole 1/4 cup water 1-16 oz. can refried beans 1 cup chopped tomato 4 cups Real California shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onions Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain off oil. Add chili seasoning, /half cup olives, water. Cook until water is absorbed. Heat refried beans, then spread in 13x9 in. glass pan. Sprinkle beef over beans, then 2 cups of cheese. Spread sour cream over cheese, top with guacamole. Sprinkle remaining cheese over guacamole. Mix salsa with tomatoes and spread over cheese, sprinkle green onions and garnish with sliced olives. Serve as a fresh dip or spread on some warm tortillas. The Musco Family Olive Co.
