Ingredients

5 Tbsplight mayo
5 Tbspsour cream
3 Tbspolive oil
½ tsptaco seasoning
2 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 Tbsptomato paste
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspsalt
¼ cupLime juice
1 ½ cupsblack beans
5Roma tomatoes
½ cupjalapeño
1 ½ cupscorn
½ cuponion
0.5 ozcilantro
1 lbground turkey
3avocados

Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Add ground turkey to the pan and season with smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and tomato paste.

Cook for 15 minutes.

Drain and rinse canned black beans and corn.

Wash and dice Roma tomatoes.

Dice jalapeños.

In five 32-oz mason jars, add 1 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp taco seasoning, 0.5 tsp smoked paprika, 0.5 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp lime juice to each jar and combine.

Add 0.5 cup black beans, 0.5 cup diced Roma tomatoes, 1 tbsp jalapeño, 0.5 cup corn, 1 tbsp onion, 0.5 cup cooked ground turkey, 0.5 cup diced avocado, and 0.5 cup Romaine lettuce to each jar.
