Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken thighs generously
Step 2
Sear chicken thighs for about 5 minutes each side until skin is crispy

Remove chicken from pot and finish cooking in oven at 350 until done

Meanwhile, add diced onion to pot and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and cook another minute.
Step 5
Pour in chicken stock and scrape off flavor bits from bottom of pan. Gently boil for a few minutes to reduce slightly.
Step 6
Reduce heat. Add in cream and Parmesan. Gently simmer to thicken. When sauce has thickened, add in cooked pasta and stir to coat.
