Instructions

Step 1
Chicken:

- clean your boneless chicken to be ready first.

- add pepper, olive oil, salt, Cajun to chicken and rinse well with chicken

- in a dried pan, medium heat, add chicken to fry.
Step 5
- after Chicken has lost its water, add some oil to continue frying.
Step 6
- until it’s golden, remove chicken and set aside.

Pasta ( Al dente ):

- place your pasta in a pot

- add boiled water directly to the pasta and add oil and salt.

-turn on the heat for 10 minutes.

- remove pasta and drain water

- wash pasta with cold water

Sauce:

in a pan, add oil and let it heat for a minute

add minced onion and fry till it’s golden

add minced garlic and fry till it’s golden mixed with onions

add minced tomatoes and tomato paste till it’s boiling

add cream

add Cajun, pepper, salt

add Parmesan

add chicken and pasta

stir well and cover it for a while Also add thyme to the sauce at the end so it doesn’t get burned.

When the sauce becomes dry - too thick - add chicken broth

When it becomes too watery add flour mixed with cold water

garnish with parsley and Parmesan
