Instructions

Step 1
1. Make fettuccine according to the package ingredients. Set aside 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Step 2
2. In a large skillet, sauté smoked sausage until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Season diced chicken with Slap Yo Mama seasoning and sauté until brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
4. Add sliced peppers to the skillet along with minced garlic.
Step 5
5. Once the veggies have softened, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
Step 6
6. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese and simmer until thickened. Season sauce with Slap Yo Mama to taste.
Step 7
7. Add pasta water and simmer a few more minutes.
Step 8
8. Add chicken, sausage, veggies, and cooked fettuccine back into the sauce . Toss well and top with a bit more of the Slap Yo Mama seasoning.
