Instructions
Step 1
Defrost fillet 2 hours before cooking.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step 3
Grease glass casserole dish.
Step 4
Salt fillet with lemon pepper, both sides in greased casserole dish.
Step 5
Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145°F.
Step 6
Remove from oven and place on dinner plate. Squeeze lemon over fillet
Step 7
