Instructions

Step 1
Add cut potatoes to bottom of crockpot. Drizzle with olive pipes and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, tossed to coat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix 2 tbl olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Layer chicken thighs over potatoes in crockpot. Drizzle sauce over everything. Don’t stir.
Step 4
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. This can also be cooked in an insta-pot at high pressure for 15 minutes.
