π Stewed Apple Greek Yoghurt Pot (Crohnβs-friendly, shift-ready)
This is one of the best yoghurt add-ins for you β soft, low fibre, easy to digest, and portable. Good for early shifts and sensitive gut days.

2 apples (peeled)
3β4 tbsp water
1β2 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
Pinch cinnamon (optional, only if tolerated)
Greek yoghurt (per serving: ~200β250 g)

1οΈβ£ Peel and core apples
Cut into small cubes (smaller = softer = easier digestion).
2οΈβ£ Add to saucepan
Put apple, cinnamon + water into a small pan.
3οΈβ£ Cook gently
Medium-low heat, lid on if possible.
Cook 8β10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4οΈβ£ Check softness
They should be very soft and mashable with a spoon.
5οΈβ£ Sweeten (optional)
Add honey or sugar and stir.
6οΈβ£ Cool
Let cool before mixing with yoghurt or storing.

Add Greek yoghurt to container
Spoon stewed apple on top
Light drizzle honey if you want more calories
Mix when ready to eat
