Step 1
1. Slice your beef into strips.
Step 2
2. Combine with all ingredients (except the broccoli) and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours.
Step 3
3. Stir to thicken the sauce. Add your broccoli, cook for another 30 minutes, take it out & enjoy!
Step 4
Pro tip: Adding the sweetener here helps a lot with the flavor, and you can even whisk a little corn starch with water and stir it in to thicken the sauce as well
