Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook until browned.

2. Add the garlic and tomatoes. Sauté for 3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and tomatoes soften.

3. Add the zucchini ribbons. Toss for only 2 minutes—you want them warm but still slightly "al dente" so they don't get soggy.

4. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
