Classic Turkey Noodle Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Melt Butter in large pot on medium heat and saute carrots, celery, and onion until softened. Add garlic, rosemary and poultry seasoning and cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Pour in turkey stock and add bay leaf. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Cook noodles separately in salted water until al dente.
Step 4
Add turkey and season soup with chicken bullion. Add salt and black pepper to taste and a tiny amount of lemon juice.
Step 5
Serve soup over noodles, store separately.
