Under 30 minutes

Loved this. 10/10. Cooked about 1/3rd of the recipe for just me and my sick husband and it was incredible. Loved the parm flavour the rind adds to the noodles plus lots of grated parm on top. Cooked some chicken in salt and pepper before adding it into the soup. Perfection! Easy and under 30 minutes to cook too. Very little active cooking.
