1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
