Instructions

Step 1
Mix turkey, quinoa, basil, parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes and form 1-inch meatballs. Brown on all sides in a skillet.
Step 2
Puree tomatoes, sauce, onion, coconut milk, Italian seasoning and garlic in a blender, then pour into slow cooker along with chicken broth.
Step 3
Add meatballs and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or until turkey is done.
