Information on ingredients:
Get the large tortillas.
Flavoured cream cheese I usually use Herb and Garlic and 2 small containers or 1 large for 10 large tortillas.
Lunch Meat - usually a kolbasa type of lunch meat.

Instructions
Step 1

Cut pickles into quarters.
Step 2

Spread cream cheese on the tortilla as close to edge as possible.
Step 3

Cut the large tortilla with cream cheese into quarters.
Step 4

If using meat, place a piece on each of the 4 pieces of tortilla. skip this step for the vegetarian version.
Step 5

Place a quarter piece of pickle at each edge of the 4 pieces of tortilla next to the meat.
Step 6

Roll from the edge starting where the pickle is. The cream cheese will keep the tortilla together once rolled.
