Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Soften cream cheese until very soft.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, ½ cup cheddar, and optional garlic/onion powder.

Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 5
Lay raw chicken in the dish, then scatter cauliflower around and on top.
Step 6
Spread the buffalo cream cheese mixture evenly over everything.
Step 7
Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar on top.
Step 8
Bake uncovered 25–35 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F and cauliflower is tender.
Step 9
If cheese browns too fast, loosely cover with foil for the remaining time.
Step 10
Let rest 5 minutes, then serve.
