Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Step 2
Slowly add the dry ingredientonto the wet mixture. Mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Step 3
Add 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips and gently fold until evenly distributed.
Step 4
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion dough into 1.5-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Step 5
Optional: Press a few extra chocolate chips on top.
Step 6
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. The centres should still look slightly soft.
