Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave (you can do it over a pot of boiling water if you prefer). Take out of the microwave and mix using a whisk a few times until the chocolate and the butter are melted.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together all of the listed ingredients.
Step 3
Add the egg mixture to the melted chocolate Make sure the melted chocolate isn't too hot.
After whisking it together add salt and flour and continue whisking until combined.
Step 4
While the oven is heating up, grease the ramekins with butter and cocoa powder (you can use flour instead). Pour the mixture into the ramekins, make sure that you dont overpour as it will grow in the oven a little bit.
Bake it in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes.
Step 5
While its hot tip the ramekin over the plate and tap the bottom. Slowly pull the ramekin off and dust the lava cake with powdered sugar. Serve tham as is or with barries.
