Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Open the can, dump the chicken into a fine-mesh strainer, and squish out as much liquid as possible.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine drained chicken, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, and your seasonings.
Step 4
Mix with a fork or your hands until it holds together.
Step 5
Form the mixture into bite-size nuggets, using about a heaping tablespoon per piece.
Step 6
Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden.
Step 7
Let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
