Instructions
Step 1
Boil water and salt to taste. Add brown rice to boiling water until the water is fully absorbed and rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Drain and rinse rice. Add melted butter to the rice for taste.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a medium sauce pan. Add potatoes and cook until brown.
Step 3
Add diced red bell pepper, onion and spices to potatoes. Cook for 5 mins.
Step 4
Add cooked rice to potato and veggies.
