¼ cupapplesauce
⅔ cupgranulated sugar
2eggs

1 ½ cupscottage cheese
blended
1zest of lemon
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla extract
1 ½ cupsblueberries
1 Tbspflour

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175
Step 2
Blend cottage cheese then add the rest of the wet ingredients and whisk
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet mixing till combined
Step 4
Toss blueberries in flour and then fold into batter
Step 5
Divide batter between 12 muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes till golden brown
