Instructions

1. trim green beans

2. Chop dill
Step 3
3. Brown pork - salt and pepper pork - cut to size - brown in olive oil

4. Start couscous - melt 2 tbsp butter - brown couscous for a few minutes - Add 1.5 cup water, 1.5tsp chicken stock concentrate, salt - cook, covered, 6-8 min
Step 5
5. Green beans + pork, bake 12-15min
Step 6
6. make sauce - deglaze pan with 1/2 cup water - Add 0.5tsp chicken stock, 4oz sour cream, 4tsp dijon, dill - Take off heat and add 2tbsp butter
