Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. In a separate bowl, stir together almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
