Instructions

Step 1
Cook 250g penne according to packet instructions. Tip onto colander to cool.
Step 2
Chop capsicum and spring onion, place in a large mixing bowl with 185g tin of tuna in olive oil (including the oil), drained 400g tin of beans, a large handful of pitted olives and 100g crumbled hard feta.
Step 3
Add room temperature cooked penne.
Step 4
Halve the lemon and squeeze the juice off one half into the bowl.
Step 5
Toss everything together well with your hands and season with salt and pepper before serving.
