Instructions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chickpeas and cook for 2-3 minutes, slightly mashing them with a fork.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Step 4
Pour the eggs over the chickpeas and add the cumin and paprika. Stir gently, cooking for 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
