Step 1
Mix cut up chicken, picante, taco seasoning, and minced onion in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Step 2
With 30 mins left, shred/smash chicken and add the cornstarch. Use some of the liquid in the crockpot to make a slurry, then add it.
